TLCC were engaged by Logan City Council for the delivery of a complex streetscape upgrade in Logan Central. Works included the complete demolition and removal of all hard surfaces to allow for the upgrades to the underground services and new construction works, whilst keeping access to the shopfronts of business. Our team worked closely with Logan City Council and local stakeholders to ensure the project progressed and was completed in a timely manner, with minimal disruptions and to the highest standard.

  • Demolition and removal of existing footpaths, street furniture, signage, existing kerb, asphalt and existing landscaping
  • Supply and installation of new stormwater infrastructure and Energex infrastructure as per detailed plans
  • Supply and construction of new retaining walls
  • Supply and construction of new decorative pavement works
  • Supply and construction of new raised asphalt traffic calming areas at Station Road and Blackwood Roads
  • Supply and install of chill-out tree shelter structures
  • Installation of street and cycle path lighting, smart poles and CCTV as per plans
  • Approval and final certification for shelter structures, water bubbler and new amenities block
  • Installation of pavement treatments including feature sandblasting and custom stencilling.

This space is a well used, vibrant part of the local community. Each Sunday morning the roadway is closed to vehicles and Croydon Road hosts the Global Food Market which hosts over 100 stalls.
