Working in close collaboration with the City of Moreton Bay, TLCC successfully completed the upgrade of Esme Avenue,
creating a vibrant new river pathway. This initiative encourages active transport and community engagement by providing
expanded pedestrian and cyclist access along Caboolture’s picturesque riverways. The project’s key features include the
creation of durable concrete pathways and the strategic installation of three elevated viewing platforms, offering residents and
visitors inviting spaces for rest and appreciation of the serene riverside environment.

  • Construction of a 2m wide concrete footpath and kerb ramps
  • Drainage works that include but not limited to installation of multiple new stormwater gully pits
  • Installation/replacement of multiple stormwater pipes, field inlet pits and stormwater headwalls
  • Construction of elevated boardwalks at three different locations
  • Construction of flattop pedestrian crossing and pram ramps
  • Supply and connection of multiple electrical works
  • Installation of turf and batter stabilisation works
  • Supply and install of streetscape furniture
  • 12 month maintenance of project.
